Partners with Tokyo-based M-Data to create first international version of Global Ad Source portal
ST. JOHN’s, NL, CANADA – December 7, 2009 – Newfoundland-based adfinitum has launched a Japanese language version of the Global Ad Source platform in collaboration with Tokyo-based M-data.
“We are very excited for the initial launch of several partner portals,” said Ed Clarke, president of adfinitum, the developer of Global Ad Source.
Global Ad Source, a database with over five million ads from around the world, enables users to research and plan with competitive marketing intelligence based on content from over 50 countries. The content is all fully categorized and normalized and allows users to instantly purchase metadata and high-resolution creative content.
“This partnership will bring previously unreadable data, along with our and extensive adfinitum network to users throughout Japan. This is a monumental step for the global advertising business,” Clarke added.
The portal partnership will allow M-data to provide front-end sales and technical support and adfinitum will continue to add new content and partnerships “behind the scenes.”
“With the information provided by Global Ad Source, Japanese companies will now be able to monitor competitive activities overseas, follow advertising trends, and formulate strategy based on this unique database,” explained Fumihiko Moriya, President of M-Data
Clarke and adfinitum expect to launch new partnerships with several major organizations across the globe to bring the database to the desktops of users worldwide, including members of the American Association of Advertising Agencies – the national trade association of advertising agencies in the United States, as well as channel partners in Asia and throughout Europe.
