Alan Gould is CEO of uSamp, which is a leading provider of business insights through mobile and online survey technology. Alan is also a Venture Partner with Greycroft a top early stage venture firm specializing in digital media. Prior, Gould founded IAG Research in 2000 and built the company into the leading provider of engagement metrics in the television industry. He served as its co-CEO until the company was acquired by Nielsen in 2008. As co-CEO, Gould was involved in all aspects of IAG’s product development, sales, and ongoing financing. Following the company’s merger, Gould then created and served as CEO of Advertiser Solutions, a business unit of The Nielsen Company that provides end to end marketing solutions to large and global advertisers.
Gould currently serves on the boards of USamp and is a board observer on CrowdComputing Software and Netsertive. Formerly, Alan was a board member of VIZU (acquired by Nielsen in 2012) and served on the boards of Harris Interactive (2011-2012) and the READ Alliance, an organization that trains teens to teach young children to read.
Gould is a graduate of the New York University School of Law (J.D.), Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government (M.P.P.), and the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (B.S.F.S.).
Bev Andal is a senior marketing and media information services executive with 25+ years of business operations experience at global marketing companies including VNU (now The Nielsen Company) and TNS (now Kantar), and startups. Her experience spans digital and traditional media, marketplace turnaround and growth strategies, as well as hands-on management with bottom-line accountability. Most recently, Bev was Chief Operating Officer and President of TNS Media Intelligence, US Operations. Bev is based in New York City.
With a true entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the global marketing industry and a natural curiosity for innovation and insight, Simon is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Executive of Contagious Communications, a total communications resource for the global marketing community. Prior to leading Contagious, Simon was the Managing Director of Xtreme Information, a leading media intelligence source of global advertising content and insight. Simon is based in London.
